The Digital Sales Strategist position at Jubilee Life Insurance is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between digital marketing efforts and sales conversion. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective online lead management and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion:

    • You’ll proactively reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in Jubilee’s retail life solutions. Your persuasive communication skills will be crucial in converting these leads into actual sales.
    • By understanding customer needs and tailoring your approach, you’ll contribute significantly to the company’s bottom line.
  2. Revenue Targets:

    • Meeting revenue budgets is a core part of your role. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure that digital channels contribute effectively to overall sales goals.
    • Analyzing data, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies will be essential to achieving and exceeding targets.
  3. Portfolio Growth:
    • The digital sales portfolio is dynamic and ever-evolving. You’ll actively explore new avenues for growth, whether through social media, email campaigns, or other digital channels.
    • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities will help you identify opportunities.
  4. Customer Experience:

    • Seamless customer experiences are critical. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure that the end-to-end journey—from lead capture to post-sale support—is smooth and delightful.
    • Your ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns will enhance overall satisfaction.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you’ll align digital strategies with broader organizational goals.
    • Your insights will contribute to strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Basic Qualifications/Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience in site execution can also qualify.
  • You should have successfully collaborated with international contractors on complex multi-discipline projects.
  • Familiarity with international engineering standards and client specifications is essential.
  • Understanding project Basis of Design and Specifications will enable you to provide valuable input during construction.
  • Your design experience in building engineering activities will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools is expected.
  • Strong leadership skills, effective team management, and clear communication are prerequisites.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are valuable traits.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is necessary.
  • Safety-consciousness and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
