RBF Coordinator Job Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced RBF Coordinator to join our team in Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and reporting on the HEROES program, a comprehensive Sexual Reproductive Health Program in high-burden districts. The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in Reproductive Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) and SGBV.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The RBF Coordinator will:

  • Train local stakeholders in RBF
  • Coordinate the development of RBF tools and project implementation
  • Work with the Ministry of Health, district health departments, and other stakeholders to develop new data systems and tools
  • Manage project resources efficiently and transparently
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with Cordaid and Netherlands Embassy requirements
  • Identify and manage operational and strategic risks
  • Collect and analyze data, reporting results and deviations
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including the MoH, Amref Health Africa, and district health departments

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  •  A post-graduate degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in RMNCAH and SGBV
  • Sound experience in health systems strengthening
  • Knowledge of Results-Based Financing
  • Excellent technical skills in health research and program assessment
  •  Strong data analytical skills and interpretation
  •  Ability to build, guide, and manage a team
  •  Strong communication and facilitation skills
  •  Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and DHIS2
  •  Excellent command of English and Luganda/Lusoga languages
  •  Readiness to travel regularly to operational areas in Eastern and Central Eastern Uganda
