Our client in the finance sector is seeking high-caliber, results-oriented, experienced, and highly skilled sales professionals for the position of Regional Sales Manager, Civil Servants’ Loans.

Job Purpose: The role of the regional manager is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. This position involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while executing growth objectives.

Specific Skills  a Regional Sales Manager must have:

  • Strong Leadership and Team-Building Skills: Inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve exceptional results. As a leader, you’ll set the tone for collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for success. You’ll interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members, bridging cultural differences and fostering positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other systems is essential for data analysis, reporting, and efficient workflow management.
  • People Management and Conflict Resolution Abilities: Managing a team requires tact, empathy, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: With at least 4 years in managerial roles, you’ll leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and contributing to business expansion.
  • Willingness to Travel: Extensive travel across regions is necessary to oversee operations, build relationships, and explore new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Civil Servants: Previous experience working with civil servants provides valuable insights into their unique needs and preferences. Familiarity with financial institutions enhances your effectiveness.

Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans that align with business objectives. Your vision will guide the team toward success.
  • Business Growth: As a key driver, you’ll manage marketing activations, identify market trends, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team leaders and sales representatives. Your leadership will empower them to achieve set targets.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain a healthy portfolio by monitoring performance, addressing challenges, and optimizing results.
  • CRM Usage: Enforce 100% CRM usage to track sales, enhance customer interactions, and improve decision-making.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years in sales and managerial roles.
